Apple has announced iPod Photo, which has a 65-k colour screen. There will be 2 versions: 40GB and 60GB. It will synchronise with iPhoto in MacOSX and Photoshop Album or My Pictures folder in MS Windows.
I guess the battle turns more difficult for other manufacturers like iRiver.
